always and forever

heyyy! This is my first official post and I am stoked. For a while I didn't know what I was going to start out with, but then I thought I could talk about my recent fixation which is watching The Originals. For the past few days I've been binging this show and come to the conclusion that I like it more than The Vampire Diaries (still love Damon and Stefan though) and decided to share my thoughts on some my favorite characters.

Niklaus Mikaelson

It only felt right to start with Klaus Mikaelson. He is the epitome of ruthless, brutal, and unhinged; but for some reason he is one of my favorite characters. I do wish he would treat others with a bit of respect and consider the feeling of those close to him (especially his siblings and Haley) but I doubt that's happening anytime soon. Klaus can be cruel and have anger issues, his humor and occasional display emotion and compassion for others seems to be enough for me to love him as a villain.

Haley Marshall

I adore Haley SOO MUCH. Her impulsiveness annoys me at times but the fact that she is one of the few rational characters, allows me look past it. I give her props for not running away as far as possible when she discovered she was pregnant with Klaus' child, Im not sure how long I could last living under the same roofs as the Mikaelsons.

Elijah Mikaelson

I need an Elijah in my lifeeee! Where can I buy one? He may his unpredictability may terrify me but his loyalty and loving nature towards his family (despite all the drama) and even to dire need strangers made me love him as a character. He always keeps his word and somehow he always finds away to forgive the worst, which is admirable.

That's all for now, since my computer screen is burning through my skull. I'm super excited to continue watching this show, maybe even discover love for a new character or even one of the old ones. If The Originals continues being this good, I might have to watch every relating supernatural tv series.
